Job specifications

• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
•  Manage transactions with customers using Aura System
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
•   Collect payments whether in cash or credit Cards
• Conduct Stock Counts with the supervisors and or when instructed
• Issue receipts, refunds and or  change
• Redeem stamps and coupons
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Maintain clean and tidy  areas
• Check expirely date for all products and share any hazards to supervisors
• Handle merchandise returns and exchange
• Safe guarding the counter and
• Insuring there is no Cash Shortage
• Manage & transact   Airtel Money , 543 ,  FNB Cash plus and any other Money markets placed in the store
• Insure goods are packed on shelfs in a manner that entices customers
• Any other assigned duties by the supervisor and management at any given time

RIGHT TO FIT PERSON

• Grade 12 certificate a must
• Diploma in any business discipline a Must
• 20 to 25 years of age
• Female
• Resides in  Rhodes park, Garden chilulu, and or northmead  with own accomodation
• Conversant with computer basic packages
• Must be willing to take up job almost immediately
