Job Requirements – eTumba Operations Officer
Required Skills
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
•Grade 12 certificate
•Minimum of 2 years banking / Fintech experience
•Hands on experience in e-banking product development and implementation
Tasks & Responsibilities
•Develop, monitor and optimize eTumba operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency in addressing customer needs as well as internal controls.
•Support customer management, incl. onboarding, KYC upgrades, ensuring compliance, data consistency and best-in-class user experience.
•Establish customer feedback channels, gather, compile and analyze user feedback to allow for continuous product development and process improvement.
•Provide information and trainings to contact center, branch staff, sales agents and other stakeholders.•Conduct reconciliation activities on a daily basis.
