Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collect DDAC mandate forms sent by branches for new loans for onward submission to collecting banks.
Make monthly scheduled DDAC requests on off taker confirmation regarding respective payroll processing dates.
Compilation of all receipts as confirmations from collecting banks.
Diligent reconciliation of outstanding receipt items.
Suggest whether the loan should be rescheduled or restructured following loan restructure and reschedule policy.
Identify root causes of defaults and make recommendations for process improvement as and when appropriate.
Maintain excellent records of contacts, transactions, efforts and progress made on the recovery.
Qualifications
Academic & Professional Qualifications
Grade 12 School Certificate
Minimum Diploma in Banking and Finance or relevant field of study.
Minimum 1 year work experience in the microlending sector in a similar position will be an added advantage
