Accountant and Administration Assistant Natural Kurls

Natural Kurls Hair Salon is a modern and upscale hair salon that specializes in providing premium natural hair care services to our clients. We are seeking an Accountant and Administration Assistant to support our daily operations and financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
• Assist with tax filings and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Manage office operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Prepare and distribute internal communication materials, such as memos and newsletters.
• Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and appointments as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the hair salon industry is a plus.
