Job Description
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Create compelling sales pitches.
- Sell the company’s products and services.
- Complete all paperwork relating to a sale i.e. offer letter, contracts and any other related documents
- Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services
- Advertising on social media via various groups
- Meeting of individual sales targets
- Preparing and submitting of accurate weekly sales report
- Make follow ups on monthly payments for customers who have gotten plots
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma in marketing, sales or equivalent
- Experience in real estate sales
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be below the age of 30 years
