Goldman insurance limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Sales Executives for the following locations; L/stone, Choma , Kabwe and Ndola.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties of the job will include but are not restricted to:
- Proactively pursue new customer network sales
- Manage customer requirements and expectations during sales.
- Be responsible for the development and achievement of sales through direct business to business customer engagement.
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
- Experience in sales role with a proven track record to close a sale
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a full grade 12 certificate
- Diploma in Business/Marketing
- Experience 2 – 3 years in selling of General insurance products
- To undertake any extra duties at the request of Marketing Manager.
- To prepare daily and weekly sales report.
- Be focused, accountable, responsible and without a criminal record.
