CARPENTERS – ZAMHATCH (7)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Constructs, repairs, restores and installs structures such as floors, doors, walls, windows, stairways, furniture, cabinets, shelves, and roofs
- Maintain doors, windows, furniture and other item
- Maintain building interiors and exteriors
- Frames buildings including doors and windows
- Put up scaffolding and roofing
- Constructs wooden molds for concrete formation
- Repairs and constructs furniture and fixtures as necessary
- Operates and performs preventative maintenance on a variety of hand tools
Required Qualifications are:
- Grade 9
- Craft Certificate/Trade Test in Carpentry and joinery
- One-year experience.
Required Attributes Include:
- Able to read drawings
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Physically fit for strenuous jobs
