Supply Chain Intern (Warehousing & Logistics) TopFloor Limited

Our client, a Global Healthcare and Crop Science Innovation company is looking to hire two (x02) Supply Chain Interns (Warehousing & Logistics) who will be responsible for various Warehousing and Supply Chain activities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Key Accountabilities

• Keep inventory accurate and in good acceptable condition.
• Pick and ship the orders of customers in good condition while providing the necessary documentation for all shipments for both domestic and international orders.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal supply chain regulations.
• Ensure timely processing of all production documentations in Pastel.
• Work with team members to review and update SOP’s.
• Ensure timely loading and offloading of products.
• Ensure all KPI Measurements are supplied timeously and accurately.
• Help support the implementation of the safety standards on site.
• Participate in RCA and all EH & s activities on site.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate in Warehousing and Logistics, Purchasing and Supply, Operations Management or Business Administration.
• A Diploma or Degree in these areas is an added advantage
• Must have good data analysis and computer skills and be able to use
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
• Should possess effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should have provable knowledge of arithmetic / mathematics.
• Should be able to demonstrate their discipline and reliability.
• Should be open minded, inclined to learn and also be able to manage themselves appropriately.
