Director – Corporate Services TopFloor Limited

Our client, in the public sector is seeking to hire a Director– Corporate Services. The primary purpose of the role will be to oversee the provision of Corporate Services in order to facilitate effective and efficient operations of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review of Financial, Human Resources, Information and Communication Technology, Administrative Policies and any other policies that may arise in future in order to provide an operating framework.
  • Oversee the financial operations of the organisation in order to ensure accountability in the utilisation of resources.
  • Effectively manage human resources in order to enhance optimal staff contribution to organisational objectives.
  • Effectively manage ICT Systems in order to facilitate seamless stakeholder access.
  • Develop and implement change management programmes in order to facilitate adoption across the organisation.
  • Oversee the timely provision of administrative and logistical support services in order to facilitate efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and review risk mana6gement interventions in order to facilitate the avoidance of occurrences with the potential to prevent the attainment of departmental goals.
  • Develop work plans and implement the performance management system in order to monitor and evaluate performance of staff members
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and make technical and operational decisions within the organisation.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be holder of a Master’s degree in a Business-related field. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant.
  • Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.
  • Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
  • Must have Ten (10) years’ experience with four (4) years at senior management level
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English and write descriptive and narrative reports.
  • Should have a working knowledge of best practices in finance and administration, including Zambian Labour Laws.
