1. Leadership skills: Maker and Packer operators will be reporting to the technician.
2. Recommend methods/strategies to promote cigarettes manufacturing to meet The Employer’s business objectives.
3. Meeting set monthly cigarettes production targets.
4. Ensure Quality control and waste reduction.
