EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12
• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA part 2/ZICA part 2
• Experience of 2 years or more in Accounts/ Credit

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determines vetting and acceptance procedures for customers to ensure the reduction of risk of bad debts.
• Reconciles, checks, and prints customer statements for delivery based on agreed payment cycles [7, 15, 21and 30 day].
• Processes payments into customer accounts and oversees key accounts.
• Prepares, analyses, and prints weekly debtors’ age analysis and contacts non-paying customers for collection.
• Monitors debtors’ accounts and follows up on queries to resolution.
• Develops and manages the performance of subordinates in achievement of agreed strategy, business plans and budgets.
