Warranty Coordinator FES Zambia Limited

Farming and Engineering Services Limited (FES), the leading supplier of premium brand products including Massey Ferguson tractors and generators, Baldan farm implements, and precision agriculture solutions has a vacancy for Warranty Coordinator to be based in Mazabuka.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the Warranty Coordinator will among other duties perform the following key tasks:

• Register all equipment for warranty purposes.
• Assist customers with all Warranty Service and prepare associated documents.
• Monitor all customer inquiries and requests on all warranty issues.
• Assist the implementation and completion of any Special Service Campaign (SSC) that may arise from manufacturers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure compliance to all warranty specifications.
• Prepare, submit, and track warranty repair orders and claims according to FES / Manufacturer warranty policies.
• Review and process all returned / rejected/adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution.
• Maintain knowledge on various warranty programs by active participation in any Training programs that may arise
• Coordinates with Finance department and settle all warranty claims.
• Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to distributor and manufacturer requirements.
• Keeping track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed.
• Maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned / rejected, or paid and their current status.

Interested applicants should meet the following minimum criteria:

• Minimum of diploma in Auto Agricultural Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Knowledgeable of the warranty industry
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Good communications skills
• Team worker and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
