Wholesale Assistant Umoyo Natural Health

We require the services of a Wholesale Assistant, reporting to the Wholesale Administrator.

The individual will be required to manage chain store outlets and the execution of chain store strategy to ensure the required revenue and margin growth is achieved in these outlets.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage, drive sales volume and revenue growth as per given target.
  • Drive execution metrics by ensuring product availability, price conformance, promotion execution and monitor stores performance. (eye catching product displays)
  • Generate appropriate product mix and customer strategies to build the customer plan at store level.
  • Generate orders and ensure all stores order newly listed products.
  • Negotiate permanent, promotional and ad hoc space with customer at store level.
  • Build personal relationships with customers through various interactions.
  • Interact with all key contacts within the store such as Branch Manager, Floor Manager and the Receiving Manager.
  • Keep up to date with customers and stores information and ensure concerns are attended to independently and promptly.
  • Carry out market intelligence such as price survey, product rate of sale statistics, competitor’s activities and identify opportunities.
  • Maintain the Company’s corporate image

Requirements – Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 with minimum of 5 credits
  • Marketing or equivalent Diploma/Degree
  • Valid Driver’s License with at least 2 years driving experience.
