1. Head Chef X (1)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and develop innovative dishes.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food cost control.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
2. Line Cooks X (2)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented attractively.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
3. Dishwashers and Kitchen Assistants X (1)
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in food preparation and ingredient organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
4. Waiter/Waitress X (2)
- Provide excellent customer services.
- Always strive towards best customer satisfaction.
- Make suggestions based on their preferences.
- Take and serve food/drinks orders.
- Up-sell when appropriate.
Requirements for all positions:
- At least Diploma in Food processing and hospitality
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
