1. Head Chef X (1)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and develop innovative dishes.
  • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food cost control.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

2. Line Cooks X (2)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented attractively.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.

3. Dishwashers and Kitchen Assistants X (1)

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in food preparation and ingredient organization.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

4. Waiter/Waitress X (2)

  • Provide excellent customer services.
  • Always strive towards best customer satisfaction.
  • Make suggestions based on their preferences.
  • Take and serve food/drinks orders.
  • Up-sell when appropriate.

Requirements for all positions:

  • At least Diploma in Food processing and hospitality
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
