The Advertiser seeks to employ suitably qualified individuals to fill the positions of Cashiers in our bureau de change.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring transactions are completed in an efficient manner with a high level of accuracy.
- Open / close branches as required and ensuring all tasks and checks are completed.
- Follow compliance procedures, company policies and abides by all health and safety guidelines as per company standards.
- Record all transactions electronically throughout their shift.
- Ensuring that float balances at the end of business day.
Education/Professional Qualifications Experience
- Minimum Diploma in finance studies or any business-related field
- Grade 12 Certificate with 4 credits including Maths and English.
- Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales is an added advantage
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like Cash Register and POS with good arithmetic skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
