Office Administrator Cleaning Company

An established cleaning company is looking to hire an Office Administrator with strong expertise in sales and marketing. This is a key role that will contribute to the overall success and growth of the business.
Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and organizing schedules
Handle client inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain client relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and promote our cleaning services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, keeping an eye on industry trends and opportunities
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing plans and budgets.
Prepare sales reports and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

In addition to the responsibilities, the Office Administrator will also be responsible for preparing and responding to tenders. This involves the following tasks:
1. Researching and Identifying Opportunities: The Office Administrator will conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities that align with the company’s services. This may include searching for relevant industry websites, portals, and government databases where tenders are listed.
2. Tender Preparation: The Office Administrator will prepare and compile all necessary documentation required to complete the tender application. This typically includes drafting and formatting the required content, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and gathering supporting documents such as company credentials, financial information, and certifications.
3. Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: The Office Administrator will collaborate with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to gather relevant information and insights for the tender response. This may involve coordinating meetings or discussions with team members to ensure a comprehensive and accurate response.
4. Writing and Proofreading: The Office Administrator will write and edit the content of the tender response, ensuring it addresses all the requirements outlined in the tender document. Attention to detail is crucial during this stage, including proofreading for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
5. Submission and Follow-up: The Office Administrator will oversee the submission process, ensuring the tender response is delivered within the specified deadline, and all submission requirements are met.
Requirements:

Diploma or better in relevant field
Proven experience in office administration, sales, and marketing (preferably in the cleaning industry).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
