Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Bartender role located at Best Western Plus Lusaka Grand Hotel. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling cash, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Qualifications
Customer service and communication skills
Experience in food and beverage industry
Cash handling experience
Bartending knowledge and experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
Grade 12 certificate, hospitality qualification will be a plus
Professional bartending certification is a plus
