The Operations Assistant will manage the warehouse and ensure the safekeeping of all equipment. They will also be required to assist with setting up and breaking down of equipment at events and ensure safe transportation of the equipment.

Reporting To: Operations Manager
Interacts With: Staff and Management
JOB DESCRIPTION
Equipment from event must be neatly packed according to loading lists.
Special attention must be paid to transportation safety of equipment
Transport equipment between different venues
Ensure equipment is counted, tested and then stowed away again in its designated storage place
Building maintenance, cleaning and servicing
Helping to set up and take down equipment at events may be required
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 1 years plus
Education Level: Certificate Level

Skills To: Work quickly and cleanly at all times
Ability To: Work flexible hours, and after hours, due to events
