JOBS – SECURITY OFFICERS
The University of Lusaka is seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Officers, both male and female, to join our Institution. As Security Officers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment in our Institution.
Key Performance Areas
- Monitoring and patrolling designated areas to prevent unauthorized access or activities.
- Conducting thorough security checks and inspections.
- Responding to alarms, incidents, or emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Reporting and documenting any security-related incidents.
- Providing excellent customer service and assistance to clients and visitors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade twelve (12) Certificate.
- Proven experience as a security officer or in a related field.
- Knowledge of basic security and safety procedures.
- No criminal record
- Sober minded

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
