Administrative Assistant Brilliance Executive Management Consultancy


Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant will be required to perform a variety of administrative and human resource tasks. The Administrative Assistant will also provide support to Senior Managers and ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office and the company in general.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Screening and directing phone calls
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments
  • With the consultation of the Manager plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist line managers to handle HR matters ( Screening of applications and preparing interview reports)
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors and Key Stakeholders / Partners
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Primary Areas of Accountability:

Qualifications and Experience

  • Advanced Diploma/Degree in Public/Business Administration or HR Management
  • Must have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Administration, working as an Executive Assistant, PA or Administrative Assistant with a Telecoms, Insurance or Financial Institution will be a plus
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Must be determined, energetic and flexible
