Procurement and Admin Officer:

Job description:

1.Manage all the company’s purchases
2. Ensure all the necessary requirements are meet from Departments
3. Maintain and repair of any company property
4. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
5. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
9. Update calendars and schedule meetings
10. Arrange travel and accommodations, and allocate vehicles for pick up and drop off
11. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
12. Perform other clerical Admin duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
13. Handle works assigned by the Admin Manager
14. attendance supervision and registration to the attendance system

15. 1-2 years’ work experience in the Administrative position will an added advantage

Requirements:

1. Degree in Purchasing and supply
2. Professional appearance
3. Good written and communication skills
4. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
8. Additional certification in Office Management will be an added advantage
9. Will be required to work in the field at times
10. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
