Harakati Logistics Zambia is a fast-growing organisation in the Transport and Logistics industry of Zambia and is seeking to employ the services of Sales Administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Business Studies.
- Previous experience in Sales administration will be an added advantage.
- 3 years relevant experience in Administration.
DUTIES:
- Prepare all tenders and submit to sales rep at least a day before due date.
- Submit weekly reports and prepare correspondences as assigned by superiors.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Proper record keeping for all company documents.
- Taking minutes and circulate within 24hours from date of meeting.
- Maintain sales figures, asset listings and service schedule for SBU vehicles.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects/customers.
- Daily Contacting of prospects clients from the database.
- Undertake new business development initiatives.
- Recommend solutions to customers and prospects (Customer Relationship Management).
- Ensure continuous customer liaison (Key Account Management).
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
- Maintaining the company social media accounts and make sure it’s always active at any given time.
- Providing administrative support to Sales Reps and Senior Management.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
