ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the operation of the Equipment’s
2. Responsible to carryout the Repair and maintenance of the equipment
3. Regular cleaning of the equipment
4. Responsible to produce quality product for the equipment as per the SOP
5. Coordinating with the mechanical team for up-keeping of the equipment
6. Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1) Diploma/12th/food technology/ Any qualification
2) Minimum 3to 4 years of experience in Food Industry
3) Through knowledge of operating of the food industry equipment
4) Knowledge of Food Safety Norms
5) Knowledge of process safety and equipment safety
