DATA ENTRY CLERK – HUNTLEY CHISAMBA (1)

The Required Skills for this Role Include:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of correspondence, documents, discussions, meetings and telephone calls.
• Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
• Completing data entry, collecting, tracking, maintaining and monitoring operational data
• Operates various office machines including photocopiers, scanners, telephones and related equipment
• Complying with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
• Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
• Maintaining updated systems for filing, mailing, and databases
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
• May act as receptionist
• Handling and organizing office filing systems effectively
• Handling staff register
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior / supervisor

The Required Qualifications are:

• Full Grade 12 certificate
• Certificate/ Diploma in Computer science, IT, or any related Field.
• 1 Year of Relevant experience
