We are looking for self-driven and hardworking individuals in Copperbelt and Lusaka who can fulfill the duties of SME Direct Sales Agents.

The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:

• Interact with SME (Small, Medium Enterprises) customers and provide Sales support on all SME Products;
• Conduct SME customer clinics on location;
• Ensure 100% execution of activations/ promotions according to assigned briefs;
• Plan daily and weekly activations;
• Meet individual and team targets as per;
• Perform any other duties as maybe assigned by MTN.

Candidate Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or relevant business course/ training;
• Ability to work in a team;
• One year’s relevant work experience;
• Experience in telecommunication and finance industry is an added advantage.
