Our Client is currently seeking to hire the following position
1. Book keeper/Admin Assistant
Location: Long Acres, Lusaka
Job description includes: cash books, daily expenses, cash up reports,filing napsa nhima and ZRA returns, payroll, banking etc.
Additional responsibilities
Create and update records and databases with personnel and financial data;
Assist colleagues when necessary;
Bank statement reconciliation, vending operation reconciliations, payroll processing;
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance;
Track inventory of office supplies and re-stock when necessary
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
Assist with budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
Manage phone calls and correspondence of upper management (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
Delegate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policy;
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager or similar role;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
QuickBooks;
Prior experience will be a plus
