Requirements:
- Age between 30 to 40 years old
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years proven work experience in similar position
- Own accommodation in Mufulira
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth store operations.
- Monitor employee performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by overseeing stock management, including ordering, receiving, and shelving of products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to create a conducive working environment.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to develop business strategies, optimize store layout, and improve customer satisfaction.
