Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dreadlock installations, maintenance, and styling services.
- Offer consultation and advice on natural hair care and styling options.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in natural hair and dreadlock care.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Collaborate with the salon team to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Dreadlock hairstylist with a portfolio of natural hairstyles.
- In-depth knowledge of various natural hair textures, styling techniques, and maintenance methods for dreadlocks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand client needs and expectations.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a pleasant salon experience.
