About the Role
The Transport and Logistics Supervisor will help drive the efficiency of the organization’s transport system and will be pivotal in logistics operations including supervising stock counts and managing warehouse managers during input distribution

Success will be smooth daily transport management, ensuring vehicles undergo scheduled maintenance, minimizing unplanned downtime, and accurate monthly stock inventory.

You will be under the Corporate Operations Department and will report directly to the Operations Lead and help manage 2-3 seasonal staff

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of One Acre Fund vehicles.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance and cost.
Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, implementing cost-saving measures.
Plan monthly reporting and reconciliation at all warehouses including warehouse checklists and inventory reconciliation
Support the management of warehouse officers and casuals during input distribution

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

2+years of experience in transport and logistics including warehousing
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
Written and spoken proficiency in English
Preferred Start Date
As soon as possible
