Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of workspaces, reception areas, and common facilities.
Support administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and distributing documents.
Assist with setting up and preparing meeting rooms and events.
Carry out minor maintenance tasks and coordinate with external vendors for repairs.
Provide support to different departments as needed, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
High school certificate or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move items as needed for task completion.
Desirable Skills:
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
