Call Centre Agent D2C Telcare

This position reports to a Supervisor or Team Lead

The Call Centre agent is required to meet agreed SLA’s by assisting and retaining customers.

Skills Requirement:
i. Must have completed 12 years of schooling.
ii. Diploma in Marketing, Business studies or any other (a degree is an added advantage)
iii. A commitment to excellent customer service.
iv. Superior listening, verbal, and written skills.
v. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to multitask.
vi. Attention to detail, Patience and Flexibility.
vii. Time management.
viii. Competent use of Microsoft suite of applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
ix. Ability to handle stressful Customers appropriately.
x. Excellent data entry and typing skills.
xi. Ability to learn fast and adapt.
xii. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
xiii. Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.
