Position: Air ticketing officer
Responsibilities include
– Help launch air ticketing on behalf of the company
– Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline regulations.
– Process payments and issue tickets efficiently.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
– Ensure a smooth and pleasant travel experience for all customers.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
Recognized IATA / Airline Basic Tariff Course will be an added advantage
Fair knowledge of World Geography
Excellent English language communication skills – spoken/written
Should have 2 to 5 years of experience in this field
