Job Title: Huma Resource Officer / Office Administrator
Job Summary:
Zal Elevators Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer/Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage human resources, coordinate communication and correspondence, maintain records and databases, oversee office maintenance, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage office operations, administrative support, and human resources
– Coordinate communication, correspondence, and record-keeping
– Oversee office maintenance, compliance, and risk management
– Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource administrative role
– Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Membership with Human Resource Management Association of Zambia (HRMAZ)and or Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
