Marketing, Branding & IT Specialist (Contract-Based) Plantcatalyst Industries (Z) Limited

We are looking for a highly skilled contractor to spearhead our marketing efforts while managing branding, IT configurations, and digital automation. The ideal candidate should be an expert in:

• Marketing Strategy & Execution – Developing and implementing marketing campaigns for brand awareness and product sales.
• Branding & Graphic Design – Creating high-quality artwork for digital and print marketing.
• Website Management & Automation – Handling updates, lead capture automation, CRM integrations, and performance optimization.
• IT & Digital Solutions – Managing backend IT configurations and troubleshooting issues.
• Python & Advanced Configurations – Implementing automation, integrations, and AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency.

This is a contract-based role, and the selected contractor will be engaged for a specific period to drive the company’s marketing strategy and digital transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead all marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media, and email automation.
• Design and manage branding materials (logos, flyers, digital ads, banners, social media posts).
• Optimize and update company websites for better performance and lead conversion.
• Automate and manage customer relationship systems (CRM) and marketing funnels.
• Implement Python-based automations for data collection, reporting, and marketing integrations.
• Provide IT solutions for website security, automation, and optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Marketing & Branding (Social Media, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing).
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
  Expertise in Website Development & Automation (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with CRM & Marketing Automation (Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Python or Other Scripting Knowledge (For automation and integrations).
  IT & Troubleshooting Skills (Website security, database management, software configurations).
• Strong communication & leadership skills to lead marketing efforts and coordinate with teams.
