As a Team Lead for Zatham Wealth Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our financial products and services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of microfinance principles, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of microfinance officers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our microfinance portfolio and reach new markets.
- Oversee loan origination, disbursement, and repayment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance, analyze trends, and implement risk management strategies to mitigate credit and operational risks.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, community stakeholders, and partner organizations to promote financial literacy and community development initiatives.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in microfinance operations through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance , or related field.
- Bachelors degree is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and a microfinance or related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving performance targets.
- Strong understanding of microfinance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with microfinance software systems.
