JOB ADVERTISEMENT: UPPER PRIMARY TEACHER (GRADE 7)
Makeni Institute Trust is seeking a dedicated and experienced Upper Primary Teacher to join our team. We are looking for a passionate educator who specializes in teaching Grade 7 pupils and is committed to academic excellence and character development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Must be male
– Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or a related field (Diploma holders with vast experience may be considered)
– Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Grade 7
– Strong understanding of the Grade 7 curriculum and exam preparation
– Of sober character, professional, and disciplined
– Excellent classroom management and communication skills
– Ability to mentor and guide learners effectively
Responsibilities:
– Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the curriculum
– Prepare students for Grade 7 final examinations
– Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment
– Work collaboratively with other teachers and school management
– Participate in extracurricular activities and school programs
