VACANCY : Airtel Money Products Lead – Alliances
LEVEL : Assistant Manager
LOCATION : Lusaka, HQ
JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for analysing customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships to grow Customer Market Share, Revenue Market Share and Alliance product Return on Investment (ROI). And provide product support to drive growth for all Airtel Money alliance products including Loans, Insurance, Savings, Virtual Cards.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE :
- 1. Translating product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
- 2. Driving the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
- 3. Providing support in designing creative briefs for marketing materials for product promotions, trade shows and other marketing activities.
- 4. Develop an indepth knowledge of the customer, identify and solve customer pain points around products in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS :
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills :
- • A recognized university degree in Marketing, Business Management or the equivalent degree.
- • Proficient in Product Management, Data Analytics and Research Methods.
Relevant Experience :
- • Minimum of five (05) years in product management and marketing.
- • Solid experience in a dynamic product management role.
- • Experience in a telecommunication environment will be an added advantage.
- • Extensive product analysis and reporting experience in a complex environment.
