Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the data collection and record keeping of crops.
Supervise the general workers and field worker.
Assists in coordinating repairs, maintenance schedules and proper maintenance of all farm equipment to maintain safe and efficient equipment.
Assists in coordinating and assigning daily work schedules for general workers employees.
Assists in maintaining the grounds of the farm, pesticide s storage, safety procedures, and ensure that workers use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12 Certificate
Trade/ Professional certificate
2 years work experience in relevant field
