Quality Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow the safety rules and maintain a safety culture to achieve zero accident target.
- Implementation of QMS(quality management system) in the plant
- Overall responsible on the RM/PM/FG & Other material analysis in the plant as per standard and making COA.
- Issue rejection note to rejected RM/PM/FG.
- To coordinate with suppliers to upgrade quality.
- Assigning roles & responsibilities to the QC/QA chemists .
- To maintain and facilitate good work environment in the department.
- Responsible for the training /awareness on the quality all QC chemist.
- Responsible for Laboratory testing and microbial control.
- Responsible for product conformance and technology transfer.
- Responsible for consumer & customer products quality issue.
- Responsible for raw material & product traceability.
- Legal compliance as per local norms.
- New product development
- Training of the workforce
- Maintain the GMP and Hygiene standard as per norms.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies required.
- Graduate in food technology /Lab tech with computer operating skills like excel, PPT, word.
- Preferred with relevant experience in quality department in manufacturing.
