STORES ASSISTANT – NOVATEK LUSAKA (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Issuing of parts from stores.
- Sourcing Quotations from Suppliers
- Generating Purchase Requisitions.
- Monitoring stores stock levels
- GRN’ing received parts in absentia of a Stores supervisor.
- Preparing monthly sage evolution stores report.
- GRN’ing received parts on time.
- Record keeping.
- Any other assigned duties.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma in Purchasing and supply
- Two years of experience in Stores work
The Required Attributes Include:
- Ability to work in pressured and deadline-driven operating environment
- Ability to self-manage workload and work independently
- Detail-orientated with the technical aptitude and ability to perform tasks accurately and comprehensively
- Results driven, bias for action and a passion for excellence
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with external customers, management and all levels of associates
- Team Player
- Strong, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Detailed process and analytical ability.
- Compliance, Governance and Ethics.
