Fidelity Labour Consultants Limited is urgently seeking to employ call center agents (12) on behalf of its client in the communication industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Calling dormant customers to pay for their subscription
- Provide information to clients on products and services offered.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information.
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting concerns and issues raised by customers.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and recommending improved procedures.
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Full Grade twelve (12) certificate.
- College certificate in Public Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or any related field.
- Previous customer service experience, especially in a similar industry is an added advantage.
