Fidelity Labour Consultants Limited is urgently seeking to employ call center agents (12) on behalf of its client in the communication industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Calling dormant customers to pay for their subscription
  • Provide information to clients on products and services offered.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information.
  • Maintain communication equipment by reporting concerns and issues raised by customers.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and recommending improved procedures.
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Full Grade twelve (12) certificate.
  • College certificate in Public Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or any related field.
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in a similar industry is an added advantage.
