Data and Analytics Manager Aller Aqua Zambia Limited

AAZ Ltd is seeking a highly analytical, hands-on, and meticulous Data and Analytics Manager. The D&A Manager is the sole D&A representative at AAZ and the custodian of all AAZ data. The D&A manager is responsible for building a data-driven culture across AAZ and telling a single story of Aller-Aqua Zambia’s performance.

Location: The role will be primarily based in Siavonga at our production plant.

Strategic Initiatives
The D&A Manager Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or another related field
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
4 years of work experience, related to database management, data analysis, and analytics
Experience working across teams and driving strategic initiatives/projects
Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue, and other key business outcomes.
Familiar with econometric analysis methods
Experience administering ERP systems
Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and database storage systems (e.g. SQL Management Studio)
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to develop predictive data, aptitude for learning, and high proficiency in using data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau
Ability to present insights to project stakeholders.
Ability to develop clear and actionable business insights based on the analysis results.
