Les Amis Consulting is an equal opportunity employer with interests in Digital Payment Solutions. We are looking for a high-performing TDR Supervisor to lead a group of TDRs in an assigned region to help us meet our Merchant acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our employer’s merchant offering competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing your assigned TDRs sales potential, Branding and Products Awareness, crafting sales plans, coaching and performance monitoring of TDRs.

Main Duties

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand brand presence on the market
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Ensure all merchants in your region are correctly branded
  • Ensure all merchants in your region are properly trained
  • Ensuring your TDRs have branding all the time
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Acquisition of Premium merchants
  • Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all queries
  • 80% field work and 20% behind a screen

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in a business-related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • People management
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage
  • Must have a Zambian National Registration Card
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have Android Smart Phone
