ROLE OVERVIEW

The Risk Controller performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines and performs various process audits within the business.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Risk assessment:

Conduct regular audits on various processes, as directed by the Financial Manager, within the business.
Provide efficient and consistent risk assessment information related to the audits.
Submit Risk Control reports and recommend actions to be taken to mitigate or eliminate the risks identified.
Relationship Building:

Develop positive, professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Administration & Support:

Ensure that the administration standards are within the set guidelines and submitted by the prescribed deadlines.
Organize and maintain records, documents and paperwork to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
Personal Effectiveness:

Be accountable for service delivery through one’s own efforts.
Effectively manage one’s own time, tasks and output quality to ensure detailed and accurate information is provided.
Make increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
REQUIREMENTS

Desirable:

Relevant business qualification.
QSR or retail branch network experience.
Working experience of G-Suite.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Valid driver’s licence preferred as travelling may be required
