AFIL Engineering Limited is a group company engaged in Engineering, Projects, and manufacture of metal products.  The organization has three major divisions – Heavy Eng., Light Eng. and Specialty projects.  Heavy Eng. division engages in the manufacture of Semi-trailers, Fuel/ Cement Tankers, Side tippers and low beds.  Light Eng. manufactures furniture for office/ hospital/ school, frames for doors/ windows, mobile medical units, custom made building accessories.  The Special projects division undertakes projects requiring expertise in design, manufacture, installation and commissioning for cement, silos, grain silos, floating bridges, leaching tanks, chimneys, communication towers, boats, and pontoons.

AFIL Engineering Limited seeks the services of a Marketing Executive to:

(1)  Oversee and developing marketing campaigns

(2)  Conduct research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences

(3)  Suggest promotional activities for brand awareness

(4)  Provide input for the marketing budget

(5)  Write and proofread creative material for campaigns

(6)  Maintain websites and looking at data analytics

(7)  Organise events and product exhibitions

(8)  Update customer databases and use customer relationship management (CRM) tools

(9)   Coordinate internal marketing plans

(10)  Monitor performance of marketing campaigns

(11)  Manage campaigns on social media

(12)  Produce reports, brochures, and marketing materials

Education, experience, and skills:

(1)  A minimum of bachelor’s degree/ diploma in marketing

(2)  About 2 – 5 years of experience marketing similar products or services

(3)  Proven experience in branding and communications

(4)  Creativity and good communications skills – written and oral

(5)  Ability to network with prospects
