Job Title: Network Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Call manager and Unity servers’ setup, tailoring and administration.
- Install and commencement of network build work.
- Validate the configurations as per design.
- Provide LAN services for client Network
- Provide wireless Systems support for offices/branch
- Implement, support, and manage WAN security requirements in accordance with client policies
- Configuring the VOIP phones
Requirements:
- Strong technical troubleshooting ability
- UCCX Hands-on experience and scripting knowledge
- Experience in Administration of CISCO UCS infrastructure with gateways and expressways
- Need to visit the branches and support (Hand and Feet Support)
- Must have atleast 6 years of general network experience including various protocals
- Must have atleast 4 years of CISCO routing, Switching experience
- Experience in handling NW cabling, setting up conference room troubleshooting issues, root causing the issue and resolving them
- Must have atleast 4years of general network experience including various network protocols.
