ROLE PURPOSE

• Effective and efficient sales order management from identification of need to delivery in accordance to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• To manage inbound receipts and ensure the system is accurately updated
• Periodic inventory and safety audits

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Immediate response to customer’s demands for stock items generated through both on-line and manual stock requisitions.
• Imputing of sales orders in Scala
• Reviewing open orders report and ensure its up to date
• To update in Scala all stock issues and stock returns within 48 hours.
• To process invoices accurately in compliance with FIFO / FEFO standard
• Responsible for order processing according to agreed processes mapped in the handbook
• Liaise with stakeholders ( KAM/AR) on all credit locked accounts
• Responsible for processing of manual invoices within 48hours
• Carry out periodic inventory and safety audits to ensure stock accuracy and safety and healthy compliance of products in the warehouse.
• Reconciliation of consignment stock invoices prior payment
• Support with procurement and office management activities as need arises.
• Responsible for document management.
• Carry out any other administrative duties as assigned by the line manager.
• To adhere to SHES requirements.

Qualifications

Critical Knowledge:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or any Business related Qualification
• Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain processes

Critical Skills

• Analytical
• Computer skills in Excel, Word and SCALA or similar system \
• Good communication skills with customers.
• Accuracy

Critical Experience

• Detailed experience in Customer Service/ Supply Management
• The capacity to be innovative, enthusiastic, motivated with a firm and proven focus on organisational objectives.
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Proven record or commitment to reach or exceed Supply Chain operational and Safety goals.
• Experience in Agro industry a bonus
