Herocean Supply Chain Zambia LIMITED, WISHES TO INVITE APPLICATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS TO FILL IN VACANCIES FOR THE FOLLOWING:
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
LOCATION: LUSAKA
SALARY: Above K5,000
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating documentation for new employee orientation including HR related policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain employments records as well as status change data.
- Assist in evaluating staff performance management and welfare issues.
- Preparing employee payroll and Maintain personnel records in the office including maintenance of attendance, overtime and leave records.
- Liaise and Initiate calculations for employees benefits relating to matters such as Napsa payments, Workers Compensation Fund and medical insurance providers and other relevant authorities.
- Prepare, file and track purchase requisitions and travel documents for the company.
- Perform other relevant duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in Public administration, Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- One year experience in the said position is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the Zambia Labour laws.
- Registered with ZIHRM.
