1. CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT ( 1position)

Job Purpose: To undertake the provision of front office services in order to facilitate clients’ expectation

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales of company products
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer’s complaints
  • Account for Cash from sales
  • Follow- up on initial contacts
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Full Grade 12/ GCE Certificate
  • Diploma in Front Office Management or its equivalent
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English Language
  • Have knowledge about company products and Services, Customer Service, Phone Etiquette
  • MS Office with emphasis on MS Excel and MS Word
  • Minimum 2 years in Customer service environment
