1. CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT ( 1position)
Job Purpose: To undertake the provision of front office services in order to facilitate clients’ expectation
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales of company products
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer’s complaints
- Account for Cash from sales
- Follow- up on initial contacts
- Performs other duties as required and assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Full Grade 12/ GCE Certificate
- Diploma in Front Office Management or its equivalent
- Ability to communicate fluently in English Language
- Have knowledge about company products and Services, Customer Service, Phone Etiquette
- MS Office with emphasis on MS Excel and MS Word
- Minimum 2 years in Customer service environment
