Junior Business Analyst- Intern Mulundu Holdings Ltd

Mulundu Holdings Limited is an enterprise with interest in Media, Insurance and Manufacturing.

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst- Intern. This internship program will provide the recent graduate candidates the opportunities to learn about key areas of business and obtain practical work experience. Our continuous ‘on the job’ training and professional development program will develop graduates’ with the critical skills required to jump start careers.

YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO:

• Interpret data, build reports and analyse results using statistical techniques
• Support various teams in analysing business processes and in preparing functional business process documentation
• Conduct extensive research and understand the market landscape and trends to identify strategies and potential investment opportunities.
• Analyse, develop, execute and review growth strategies critical to optimise organisational performance
• Generate necessary analysis in response to organisational requests and to develop business cases to determine business requirements
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to assist senior leaders in evaluating possible solutions to solve complex business problems
• Undertake various due diligence on projects, drafting Information Memorandums, Business Plans and Financial models for various projects
• Conduct subsidiary monitoring through analysing performance metrics from financial, stakeholder, learning & growth, research & development, and internal process perspectives set out in the performance management contracts (PMCs)
• Risk identification and mitigation of possible risks in various organisation

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar field from a reputable University
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Team player and able to work in a cross-functional environment
• Willingness to Learn
